In an effort to sustain our vision of bringing free concerts to the Laramie Valley region, our fundraising efforts are focused on:
Covering costs of sheet music (approx. $500 USD annually)
Providing a modest stipend for our administrative team who work throughout the year
Advertising
Travel reimbursement for our musicians
Stipends for our musicians
Meals and other support for musicians during the festival
Covering fuel costs to support a tour of the Front Range in 2026!
Our immediate funding needs are:
$275 to cover the cost of the form 1023-EZ in order to apply for 501(c)(3) non-profit status through the IRS https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/form-1023-and-1023-ez-amount-of-user-fee
once granted, this will allow for all donations to be tax-deductible, even those made before 501(c)(3) status is granted.
